Beyond Barriers CIC is dedicated to providing high quality holistic support for emotional wellbeing. We're are a community-focused emotional health service, who specialise in supporting people with the impact trauma in their personal and professional lives. We bring together psychology, yoga, nutrition and peer-support and offer a more progressive way to move beyond stress, adversity and trauma.
Whether you're an individual looking for therapy, a business owner feeling burnt out and curious about workplace wellbeing, or a commissioner needing specialist trauma care, our team of regulated psychologists and therapists are experienced, safe pairs of hands to trust with your wellbeing.
As a Community Interest Company, our profits are used to provide free trauma care to disadvantaged members of our community. A percentage of all money spent with us, helps us address gaps in mental health provision in our community.

Yoga Therapy
Through specialized yoga therapy sessions, we assist individuals in harnessing the power of mind-body connection to create emotional strength and wellbeing. These 1:1 or small group sessions go beyond experiences in yoga classes, to give a tailored, needs based approach to your wellbeing. A genuine alternative to talking therapies. Our experienced yoga therapist specialises in Burnout and Sleep Recovery amongst a range of emotional, physical and spiritual needs
